It heats the water and often the seat, and may add a dryer, adjustable nozzle and remote. The unit costs roughly $600–1,000 or more, and a new power point adds $250–450 if there is none near the toilet.
Can I install a non-electric bidet seat myself?
Many come with a kit that includes the T-valve. If the angle valve is old or stiff, or you are unsure about the fit, it is worth having it fitted so there is no slow leak behind the toilet.
