When you message, call or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, address or postal code, home type, photos of the problem and details of the job.

This website has no login and no backend form. The enquiry form simply opens WhatsApp with your message filled in; nothing is stored on our web server.

If analytics are enabled, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type. We do not use it to identify you.

To reply to your enquiry, quote a price, schedule a visit, carry out the job, issue invoices and handle any follow-up or warranty claim.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

We may take before-and-after photos of the work. We will only publish job photos on this website with your permission, and never with your unit number, face or personal items visible.

Only the people needed to complete your job, such as the plumber assigned, a supplier delivering a unit, or a manufacturer for warranty claims. We may also disclose data where required by law.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Contact us using the details on our contact page. We will reply within a reasonable time.
