Terms of Service

All prices on this website are estimates based on typical jobs in Singapore. They are not offers. Your actual price depends on what we find on site and is confirmed with you before work starts.

We quote after seeing photos, a video or the site itself. If we find something on site that changes the job, we stop and agree a new price with you before continuing.

If you decline the quote on site, a transport or inspection fee may apply. Any such fee is told to you before the visit.

Units we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you supply your own unit, the manufacturer's warranty is between you and the seller, and we are not responsible for defects in that unit.

Workmanship warranty terms, if any, are stated on your quote or invoice. They do not cover damage from misuse, blockages caused by items flushed or poured after the job, or pre-existing pipe defects outside the work we did.

Payment is due on completion unless your quote says otherwise. Accepted payment methods are stated on the quote.

You are responsible for giving access and for any approvals your building needs, such as condo management permission for works. We follow HDB, town council and MCST rules that apply to the job.

We take reasonable care. Older pipes, fittings and tiles can crack when disturbed even with care; we will point out visible risks before starting. Our liability is limited to the value of the job, except where the law does not allow this limit.
